How does it work?
Daily Health Check – We speak with all of our fully employed teams every day to ensure they complete the NHS symptom check before starting their day.
Pre Clean Contact – Our crew will call or text you 15 minutes before arrival and understand your preferences while we’re in your home.
Once inside your home – We will wash and sanitize our hands following recommended guidelines on hand hygiene before we begin cleaning.
Xtra Protect – We use our specialist disinfectant and anti-microbial cleaner to sanitise all surfaces, paying special attention to frequently touched areas.
Once we finish cleaning – For your safety we use Xtra Protect on your house door handle, letter box and doorbell as we’re leaving.

Our Staff’s Health
All of our team’s are fully employed by us and we have a duty of care to them – to make sure they are healthy and trained on our entire specialist cleaning processes. If any of our associate are sick they will not be allowed to work but don’t worry, they are paid statutory sick pay so they will never feel any pressure to work if even a little unwell.
We will comply with NHS and Public Health India Govt. guidelines to ensure our employee’s work safely. They will also bring everything they need to thoroughly clean and sanitize your home – including our specialist cleaning products and freshly laundered cloths. Caring about your home starts with the care we have for our friendly teams.
Our HomeSafe Cleaning Products
For many years we have used a range of eco-friendly cleaning products to clean your home, including Xtra Protect. Xtra Protect is a sanitizing and anti-microbial cleaner, which has recently passed independent laboratory tests proving it is effective against all enveloped viruses including all corona viruses. We use this to clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms and frequently touched areas. We only use freshly laundered cloths and ensure our mops and dusters are all sanitized before each clean.
You and Your Home
Every home is just a bit different, so we take the time to get to know you and what you need. Our effective cleaning system means that we follow some set processes designed to keep you and your family safe and healthy, but if there is more that we can do please ask us. The only thing that we ask of you is to tell us if you or your families aren’t symptom free so we can rearrange your cleaning to another day.
