Terms and Conditions

1. All rates are exclusive of GST.
2. Post 21 days of delivery date, a daily storage charge of INR 100 would be charged.
   We exercise utmost care in the processing of garments,, any analomies found at the time of processing would be final, as 100% detection is not possible at the time booking.
3. We endeavour to inform such anomalies at the earliest and before processing.
4. In the event of loss/damage to an article, our liabilities shall not exceed INR 2000.
5. In case of any item being cleaned for the first time, you should be aware that there is a possibility of a changes in the size , texture or color bleeding.
6. We at Pristine ,ensure to use cleaning methods as per care instructions tagged on the garment(s) article, yet in case of no instructions, the most appropriate cleaning methods are used.
7. However, such articles with decorative items such as beeds, crystals,sequins, buttons buckles etc put on them made out of delicate fabrics are cleaned at owners risks and we shall not be responsible for any damage or loss under any circumstances.
8. Any damage to article must be brought to notice with in 24 hrs.
